  • We will customize the site header with your school logo.
  • Hot Lunch coordinators use an administrative login to easily:
    • create multiple meals per order cycle.
    • add meal items and adjust prices as required.
    • specify meal dates and description of supplier.
    • post cash/cheque payments.
  • Parents can easily:
    • self-register and add their own children (saving the Hot Lunch Coordinator a lot of time).
    • select from list of teachers/classes to assign their children to.
    • select from list of meal items and prices for each meal and child.
    • complete PDF manual order form if they do not have access to the Internet.
  • PDF reporting for the Hot Lunch coordinator:
    • distribution list with totals per classroom
    • supplier list with totals
    • payment status report
    • deposit form
    • outstanding payments
    • order issues (deleted items, overpayments)
  • Now accepting PayPal Payments:
    • School must create or use existing PayPal account
    • Parents must use existing account or create new account
